Good friend owns a medical marijuana dispensary in Colorado, he needs 60k+ in lighting for their warehouse expansion.

-they do 110k a month with 40k+ balances, 50+ deposits a month in the bank account
-about 5 years in business (one of the oldest and most reputable shops in Denver)
-2 owners one has ok credit ~600 the other has good credit around 700

they are also one of the few that have a merchant processing account and they have even been moved OUT of the high risk category (allegedly), their rates are pretty darn good but i'm looking to get that switched out too, he needs a new machine anyhow

so the question is...can i get this guy some equipment without going with an MCA? Who can help?

I doubt that equipment financing is a possibility, although a short-term MCA product is probably doable for a lot of funders here

processing isnt even a long shot, if he is using domestic processing, the processor / agent has him mis-coded to get the deal approved. it is considered money laundering to process these transactions.

the only ways to skirt this is a cashless atm which are even now being difficult to place, or going 100% offshore for financials. i know a couple banks in spain and asia that will service him. but then you have the problem of repatriating the funds.

we can do the financing program tho quite easily.
