    who will do loans for law firm and for a real estate brokerage company

    Have 2 separate deals here looking for a loan...

    one is a law firm seeking capital for equipment..approx avg monthly bank deposits $8k and $4k avg daily balance
    other one is a real estate brokerage company in PA seeking capital for mktg/advertising to grow...approx avg monthly bank deposits $40k and approx $10k avg daily balances

    Both are over year in business

    Seems like many of the big lenders out here can't/won't do these SIC codes. Are there any direct lenders out here that would consider these industries?

    MFS Global can do the Real Estate company.

    As for the Law Firm, their deposits are too low for our criteria.
