BP Gas looking for $250,000 on a 3-5 year unsecured term loan at no higher than 12%

The owner of several BP gas stations & 7Elevens (that do well over $1M/year each) is looking for a $250,000 term loan with monthly payments.

Rate can't be higher than 12%.

3 yrs is minimum he's looking for.

Won't do extensive paperwork. He'll get pissed & just send the deal to hell. He has the cash, but rather do business w/ me if possible.

Wants to fund over the next 2 weeks.

FICO 810+ last time he checked, which was about 2 weeks ago.

PM me ASAP or email: solidmerchantsolutions@yahoo.com (I have my own website email, btw... just can't use it here & get bombarded by spam).

If it were 25,000,000 I know a group that might care. 250k would be too small for term note guys I know. Good luck.

Thanks. Still good information to know, but then would such a group not want serious collateral attached to that kind of a loan amount??

Mezz guys. They look at cash flow not the underlying collateral. There are a few around.

Right, because after all, people like to pay interest and borrow money to feed hungry brokers. I wouldn't waste your time, guy sounds like a tire kicker.
