On $19.6 mil in 2014 revenue...

Subtract out all their expenses and costs and I'd say they got a pretty large earnings multiple.

Question about that 19.6 mil revenue- is that including all the advance repayments? If so then actual earnings are much much lower and 27 mill sale price is insane

They've funded more than $300 mil though since inception so i'd say they were pretty big...

I don't see the $19.6 mil in revenue. Wouldn't the payback dollars coming in count towards revenue? And if so, the numbers should be significantly higher then 19.6 mil considering they funded more than $300 mil since inception.

they also have a pretty decently sized Integrity book too, so there are residuals

Principal repayment isn't counted as revenues under GAAP. Only interest and fees.

It's very exciting to see this type of a valuation in our space. With that revenue multiplier I have no doubt that their valuation was primary based on the fintech piece

I think the untold story is more public companies are seeing little risk in having an MCA Company in there portfolio. I would predict Enova actually picking up some more MCA companies in the near future. I wonder what Isaac Stern thinks of ENVA Stock? (Disclaimer: I may be a shareholder).

With a market cap shy of 400M I can easily see the Market cap in par with revenues (at a minimum) that would take the stock into the high 20's

I guess if it's looked at as a loan company that is correct. I was looking at it from a cash advance angle. (purchase sell agreements and not technically loans)
