I have had great success on my high risk and poor credit deals with Retail Capital and Yellowstone. Both have slightly lower commissions but I have found that without them funding these deals I could no longer afford to continue marketing.

From what I've seen, retail capital has pretty decent commissions. 9 points on the payback ranges from about 11.5-12.5% of the funded.
