Here's the deal:

Trucking company (IL)
300K monthly
Clean Credit (home owner, mortgage)
Clean banks - average daily balance 80K (lowest - 50K in winter months), no negatives/nsf's
1st Loan - Funding Circle monthly
2nd position - Quarterspot (1 year, 100K balance, $735/day) + EBF (6 months, 100K balance, $1295/day)

They are looking to get rid of the Qs+EBF and set up for a year+ term. Need to pay off about $200K in between those two.

Can anyone do the above or recommend a good placing for these guys?

Why not consider getting them a line of credit using their accounts receivable as collateral.

If we secure the real estate he owns, we can absolutely do this. Depending on the equity, we can provide up to 900K (3X their monthly revenue).

We may also be able to use his trucks for collateral, in case he is sensitive about pledging his property.

A brief update on this one:
- Right now they are set up with Bibby factoring
- They do own trucks at about 100K value, the rest of the trucks are still on the lease-to-buy
They don't want to involve the personal real estate.

Right now we got a generous offer of 30K (guys pretended they can cover all of it) which by no means cuts it. Can anyone really do this or recommend someone able to?
