CRM Tip of the Week – Change standard Object and Field names in Salesforce
Salesforce has a number of powerful objects, fields, and tools built into the platform and ready to help streamline your processes. But what if your team calls these objects or fields by different names? Maybe you call Cases “tickets” or Opportunities “deals”.
