    LMAO... wow... How do you approach a merchant in this situation? Do you call them up and flat tell them they are cheating scum and you will be seeking legal consultation? And scare them with a fraud conviction?

    Why aren't you guys using the Yodlee API's to pull bank records in real time - eliminating a scant possibility of any fraud?

    Not to mention, time is money, and time saves money. These API's completely eliminate the "submit your bank statements to" part of the sale, and you can get right into "you qualify for X @ Y rate."
