Company invested $1.9MM to date (verifiable) in their product, a patented prototype that reduces health risks in kitchen environments. They have among their clients the US Air Force. Because of what their product does, (which is save clients many tens of thousands of dollars on costs of hygiene control and violation fines by the health dept), the company has been contacted by government agencies, colleges and universities, hospitals and most of all, the cruise ship industry, who are all pressing this company to modify its product so that they may start ordering immediately.

They need $400,000 to make the necessary modifications. They are willing to give up some equity to the right investor. This has been an ongoing need for this company. They originally were requesting $1.5MM, which I think is still their ideal investment sought. Conservative projected 5yr Cash Flow is $33MM in domestic sales alone, so this should be appealing to just about any investor.

***I must add that the owner has actually REFUSED purchase orders because he would not take them not knowing whether or not the funds would be made available to him for the prototype modification; so it's not that he can't get purchase orders. He literally won't take them until the product is ready to sell w/ its modifications.***
