Because the merchant probably told him that they are going to want to pay off early and he would like to offer an advance product that offers a discount to appease the merchant and keep a customer.

any real fund will offer that, some even have the prepay schedule built into their contracts

Fund should have absolutely no problem getting thewir money back in half the time.

We offer an early payoff discount-it would be crazy not to so long as a profit made. Early payoff=less risk later on if the merchant were to go belly up on you.

CAN & Quarterspot are very good with this, 10% is a bit higher than most I've seen though.

Who is doing 10% early payoff discounts?

    Quarterspot- hands down
If the merchant is looking to pay off early or just wants to know that the option is there than he should have that privilege. There is a difference between a cash advance early payoff and an advance that has true amortization. Quarterspot balance resets everyday after the ach is pulled and re calculates the balance left. So the early payoff addendum that they can offer is amazing compared to anyone else in the industry. Giving a merchant 3k off an advance of a size able amount is an insult. If he truly has motivation to payoff early than give him the motivation and everyone is happy.

Quarterspot is seriously dominating the industry day by day.
