What are the best MCA CRM systems aside from Bankcard Pros and MCA Suite?

    Thanks

    Good MCA Software

What exactly do you need/want your crm to be capable of doing? I can make some recommendations.

It really depends on what you need. Do you need your CRM to be a full end-to-end system for tracking leads, apps, contracts, deals, payments, collections etc? Or do you just need it to service funded deals? What an ISO needs is probably different from a funder...

Are you okay with using a cloud-based solution or is it imperative that you have 100% control of the software and data on your own servers?

Do you need it to be customizable? Is your budget a factor? Do you need the capability for it to be white labeled? Must it also be your accounting system? If not, can it plug into your accounting system? Can it plug-in to other systems you use?

There is so much that goes into it and honestly there are 10x more MCA-centric options than there were just a few years ago.

I have played around out with or been given demos on ConvergeHub, Bankcard Pros, MCA Track, PSC, NetSuite, FundPerfect, FundersCloud, CloudMyBiz, Colonial, and others.

Coincidentally, I visited PSC's office on Long Island earlier today and one of the truly unique things about them is that they're not just a "CRM." They provide human resources to go along with their software. Their staff will do the merchant interviews for you, landlord calls, collection calls, etc. Their software solution kicks in when you have a full file to send to them.

But if you need something to also manage lead flow, apps out, calls made, etc, you're going to need something different. I guess it helps to know more about what the situation is, and then I could make appropriate suggestions.

We've been through this and here's what I recommend:

Get a cheap (or free) program and hire someone to customize it. Work with them on integrating your plug-ins, workflows etc.

It might take a little longer this way but you'll have a customized option that fits what you need.

*Surprise!* Unbelievably small world and a smaller industry at that! I am very picky about who I do business with and I am glad you got to see them yesterday and see why I decided to make the move!

    Thanks Sean!

I'm looking for a CRM that tracks accounts from submission by broker till payback, can easily integrate with an accounting software, lets you act as an ISO or Lender and has good reporting capabilities. I'm not looking for any third party to be involved in the process or lead tracking capabilities.

I have played around with Bankcard Pro's recently and I believe it has most of those capabilities but wanted to see all my options before I went with them.

MCAtrack is a robust system that offers access for ISO, Syndicators, Reps and Merchants while tracking CC splits as well as ACHs.
