Stacking - any lawsuits actually won?

As title says - anyone heard of any lawsuits against a stacking company which were won? I think I know the answer, but would like to hear from you guys.

    None have won so far:

You cant sue a company just because they funded in a 3rd or 4th position when everyone got paid. what these lawsuits are alleging is tortious interference and that the 1st position deal defaulted because of the stackers advance, it certainly will be interesting to see how it plays out but my guess is nothing real will come from it and its just a scare tactic

Deliberate Intent to tortuously interfere, or wanton disregard for existing contracts will get you in trouble.
As far as lawsuits? I don't think it has ever gotten that far....yet. There have been payments made to 1st position funds though by stackers. Pay a little now, or pay a lot later, type of deal

There are straight up stacking lawsuits out there (real lawsuits, not just angry legal letters.) I can't answer Mikhail's question as to whether or not a judgment has ever been won though.
