Definitely NOT longer terms than competitors....unless we are talking 2nd and 3rd positions. Is that your target market? If so, you may want to look at the UCCs beforehand. Shoot me a PM if you want to verify your applicants' ownership info and UCC filing status. I can help you and you can help me. I'm a broker, but I also work in the data provider world. Liens, Judgments, UCCs, etc can be checked with my solution.

We did not cut commission it always 8 points on renewal and if you upsell to 10 points you will get the same.
