Does anyone know how to verify a payoff or $0 balance letter with them. We have literally spent a few hours trying to and they are being extremely difficult to work with on this...any help here would be very much appreciated

Just do what Rapid or SFS do when companies are stubborn giving payoff letters. Tell them "e3ither give us a payoff letter, or we will stack right on top of you!"

Have client call directly or preferably client's attorney and ask for the accounting/loan admin department to bypass sales. They might still throw you back to the rep or whoever handles the file but it has worked for me in the past
