FedEx Route sale, what CF/Top Line multiple is reasonable?

Just curious if anyone has experience funding the purchase of a FedEx route or similar?

I'm looking to understand what's a reasonable expectation for purchase/asking price based on a multiple of either cash flow or top line revenue.

Any advice as to a multiple would be appreciated.

    Example Deal:

    Asking Price: 375k
    Annual Revenue:463k
    Cash Flow:164k

Assume assets and debts balance out...

    Thanks, Tom

Crickets... :-) OK, Let me ask this question - anyone recommend a funder for the deal? Buyer's company has good credit, good cash flows and can brings cast to the deal...

Yeah I'd look into a business broker, should be able to point you in the right direction
