If the deal is clean: Profitable, Strong Balance Sheet, Principal has strong credit, have decent cash flow, and have been in business 2+ years- 10 business days is a realistic timeframe to close.

Gathering and submitting documentation is what typically takes up a day or two.. Factor that in..
