Dear Daily Funder,

I am seeking a short-term bridge advance of between $2,000 and $10,000 in connection with a Supreme Court Civil case I filed in 2023 for $10 million I won ProSe personal-injury with documented brain injury against my employer which liability has already been established.

The case is scheduled for an inquest for the exact award amount on August 11, 2026 from the $10 Million I filed for in 2023. At that hearing, the court will determine the final amount of damages. The claim involves my documented traumatic brain injury and other permanent injuries arising from an on-the-job incident.

In addition to the judgment, there are three identified real-estate properties with a combined estimated value exceeding $3 million. One of those properties is a mortgage-free condominium in Midtown Manhattan valued at more than $1.4 million.
I can send a serious funder over the file with the 3 properties and NY Court Order.
I am open to various arrangements:

1. A short-term bridge advance of $2,000 to $10,000 pending the August 11 inquest and entry of judgment; or

2. A discussion regarding the sale or assignment of a portion of the judgment once the damages amount is fixed by the court on August 11, 2026

Hello Michael just read your post. We had a similiar deal about a year ago in Chicago. Prospect had won head injury case but the stipulations by the court and the annuities setup was a problem and we came up with a funding solution that worked. Not saying the same results are expected but willing to take a look. DM me more detail if interested.
