Yikes-Family Funding- Be Aware--Charging Fee's After Merchant PIF
Just about seen it all. Merchant was paid in full with Family Funding. They continued to pull monthly fees of $499 in addition they hit this merchant for $999 x 40 times in one day. Yes 40 times. They are pulling Fees under Raziilova Enterp. Be aware, this is very predatory, fraudulent, and scamming. Merchant has already filled a police report, contacted NY attorney general as well as the FBI. Just bringing awareness, as this name absolutely does NOT have a good reputation and I have personally come across this situation by them MANY times, dozens to stay the least.

What ACH Processor would allow that to occur?
ACH return deadlines (per Nacha rules) vary by reason code. For example, most return codes (R01–R06) have a two‑banking‑day deadline from the settlement date, while certain unauthorized debit codes (e.g., R05) have a 60‑calendar‑day deadline CB&S BankDave Lambert, Business Development

Dave I'm not sure- I have proof, merchant sent me the screenshot, I tried to upload here, but it kept saying to resize the Image/PDF etc. so I can't answer that for you, all I know is that it happened. 1000 % happened in addition to the emails he shared with me back and forth between him Family Funding Admin Dept, Alexander Liberman and Mike Silverstein whose all listed on this email. let's be real too, this is not shocking...many ISOs can attest to this. We are close with many other shops and funder's been in this industry for over 10 years. Again-this is a VERY frequent pattern from Family Funding.

Try to share the docs via link by using a tool like file.io (https://www.file.io/). Thanks for letting us all know about Family Funding. That's a horrid situation to be in.

Yes, horrid is right...poor merchant. I used the advice you gave me, and I shared the link. I have other documents as well, but not sure if I can share without speaking with merchant's attorney since it's an ongoing investigation...

lol looking at this
No where does it say family funding
Not on the pay history and not on the stop payment from the bank
Also your claim of 40 payments in one day is also false
Make up ur mind dude

You have a Free Email user account- probably, related or associated with them. I have all the documentation the merchant shared, there is no way to spin it here. They indeed are 150 % at fault and guilty of this. Family Funding is not a first-time offender.

I pivoted from brokering to funding.
I have very few hard rules.
Most of my guidelines are up to be discussed if the deal makes sense, etc.
If they are or were in the file. We don't touch it. No further review necessary. regardless if we like the deal, etc.
we are very high risk, and we fund behind a lot of VERY VERY high-risk funders.
They are just a different level

I second Goat's sentiment. I remember when I started and UFS said no to hopping HOP and I had no idea why. I learned quickly why.
