    Question about leads

Haven’t posted on here in a while
So I’ve been spending a lot of money lately on organic inbound marketing. Google, Facebook, other channels.
I’ve run into a unique situation where I come across too many leads now... normally that's a good problem to have where i'm from
I don’t optimize to receive every file that’s eligible to fund, only what fits my box.
I haven’t sold any data yet, but I am leaving a lot on the table by not doing so. I have maybe 40 leads per day coming in organic, half of which our bank statements, that I won’t touch in-house or through my network due to parameters I have in place.

I do believe they are fundable Deals for MCA, HELOC, personal funding. It just doesn’t fit my box… I’m tried and true… Don’t like to touch things outside of what I am comfortable with.
I’m spending roughly $2000 per day and maybe 70% of what comes in doesn’t fit my qualifications. Wondering what the community thinks I should do with these leads as to not waste them. Don’t even know that I’m looking to sell them, it just feels like money left on the table. Curious anyone who has thoughts, chime in.

70% doesn't fit your box - 1. Change your box or 2. Hire someone to work those files. - 70% loss of your ad $$$ ?

    Ditto.

Maybe expand your box to send those over to a new, reputable lending partner who will work those leads. A few people on here post about bad lead quality. It might help to hire one on a retainer with an exclusivity agreement that doesn't allow them to sell the leads and gives you sole authority to sell the excess leads.

I would start with a rev share with a reputable company. Gain POC on what they do with the excess lead flow and go from there. Opening another underwriting box would cost you more money than it's worth in my opinion until you have a proven concept.

Happy to chat more, we advertise in the same ways and can always fuel the fire.

Would love to chat more with you. I'm with National Business Capital - Been with them 12 years now. We could pay you a revenue share on leads your sending over so you can monetize those.

Regium Funding would be open to reviewing the MCA files that fall outside your parameters, including larger requests. If the bank statements and overall profile are strong, we’ll underwrite the deal and work to provide an offer.
