I am a broker. Just a quick thought. Have you tried any equipment financing lenders for the 20k to purchase the excavator? There are a few that will finance through the auction house. If you need help connecting to a lender directly, just reach out to me, and good luck with the file.

I like the government contracts, maybe the merchant can pledge the future income and receive a MCA
