Exclamation Broker looking for lender for specific merchant, see desc

Company privacy policy very strict, reply or come to me with your phone # or company website. If you don’t have a line to the underwriting desk don’t reply here, guy was turned down by Bitty & Velocity so it’s not the greatest file, but the revenue is there so take a read and think about it.

Avg Monthly Deposit $38k (see below)
No MCA defaults, clean NYSCEF. // 12+ Years in Business. // No current advances // Demolition industry, Florida //

Financial notes: $93k in May, $17k in June, deposits are very spotty as merchant often takes government contracts. Holds two city contracts one with monthly payments up until final completion payment. Averages 3 deposits per month.
Credit is a 550 I assume due to utilization, holds strong balances of $5.4k avg daily.

Funding Notes: Merchant grabbed a contract that requires excavator, tired of renting them. Going to buy his own at auction coming up this weekend. Needs minimum of $20k. Already holds licenses to operate all types of heavy machinery. Wants early payoff discount but assuming he’s in a pickle really just wants money.

Again I WILL NOT BE JUST HANDING OUT THIS GUYS FILE. If you don’t think you can do it I get it, but don’t waste each others time. If you’re a broker yourself, don’t even think about it I can smell another broker a mile away. Will send banks after I vet you.

I think funders should be a little more concerned about vetting YOU. Lol.

I am a broker. Just a quick thought. Have you tried any equipment financing lenders for the 20k to purchase the excavator? There are a few that will finance through the auction house. If you need help connecting to a lender directly, just reach out to me, and good luck with the file.

I like the government contracts, maybe the merchant can pledge the future income and receive a MCA

Very sorry, thank you for the honesty but without a privacy policy I can’t comfortably send you his banks.
