New broker sent a few deals. Most died in underwriting as plaid wouldn't link and business owner didnt have taxes done.

Anyway, this new deal finally got approved, We used the wife's credit score to get approved, with the husbands businesses income. got 470k @ 8.75% a year on a 30 year term, as a SECOND POSITION ON THE PROPERTY.

Defaults don't matter, so long as they have revenue plaid can read, and someone on title has good credit, we can get it done!
