Broker
I know a struggling broker who needs a more leads. She really is a good broker and is signed up with Kapitus, Mulligan, etc., but she just doesn't have the leads, everything keeps falling through, she needs to work remotely.

Has she considered purchasing her own leads? There seem to be a lot of vendors out there who state that they have the best leads in the market. Her mileage may vary.
Has she thought about looking through Facebook ads or other social media platforms? I've heard that there are companies that advertise "premium" leads with already-completed files.

Lead generation can definitely be one of the biggest challenges for brokers, especially when a lot of time is spent on opportunities that don’t end up closing. Finding a steady process usually takes some trial and error, whether that involves building more connections, refining outreach, or exploring different lead sources. It can also help to review what is causing deals to fall through and adjust from there. Hopefully she’s able to find a strategy that brings more consistent results over time.

Just a side note - I would suggest she focus on 1 or 2 specific verticals & what product(s) does she want to offer them. A credit card split - term loans - Line of Credit - SBA?
Also, limit the direct funders - lenders you work with - be cautious of funders that have internal sales force.Dave Lambert, Business Development
