I have a borrower looking to refinance their existing senior debt (Balance = $1.4MM) and obtain approximately $300K to finish buildout. Credit scores are 730+, and the project is approximately 70 percent complete. ARV will be between $2,5MM - $3.5MM based upon previous appraisal.
