    What funders are good with International Real Estate Construction deals?

    I have a Client who is looking for 20MM to Complete a 100MM project.
    The Property Location is: Dominican Republic
    Loan Amount: 20MM
    The Client: The Client spent 38MM of his own money. This resort is open and operational with 344 Units rented currently but he is looking to complete the remaining 150 Units. So the property could service the debt in the first month of the loan.
    No Liens on the Property
    If you are interested please let me and I can get you a full Package today.

    We have lenders for that area and we co broker if needed.
