Anyone else get an email from WGF expressing they are accepting $3,000 to maintain a relationship with them as a referral broker?

Got a good laugh out of it.

Lol, yes, I got it on Thursday. They didn't even blind carbon copy the other email recipients. That had to be the most ridiculous email I have ever received from a Lender.

With the current level of competition in the market do you truly believe that ISO's will pay $3000 to work with you when no other bank I know of asks for this?

I have been doing this a while and have heard some pretty ridiculous and crazy things along the way.. This goes straight to the top of the list.

that's crazy..if anything the strategy would be to pay the ISO's $3000 just to sign-up! (I actually make it up in the Double Digit Commission Structure).
