2.4 Mil for 200 unit apartment complex
I have a client that needs 2.4 million to buy a 200 unit apartment complex, who can fund this?

As licensed direct lender of HUD FHA we can offer the longest terms and lowest rate financing possible for multifamily. Up to 45 year terms and over 90% LTV.
