hard money commercial lenders are no different than mca lenders. everyones got their own bucket.

If you're looking for a good lender in ohio, you need to be more specific as to what type of deals you have.
First time fix n flips, 500 apartment building development, 1-4 condo development, DSCR loan... etc - what's the paper experiance with borrower, what is the approx. LTV (if its low- credit not really a factor, if high- good credit can help) - how do tax returns look,

how many projects completed, if so how long ago were they... etc.
