Scam alert! Star capital (scam) solutions

Guy advertises a bunch of crap. Only does 1.50 30 day deals which fine is your space. But ignore the 5-10% fees. He charges 25-40% fees to the merchants. This guy makes LCF look like saints. Communication is terrible, didn’t tell when merchant signed contracts and didn’t mention he had a funding call. Has to find out from merchant. He also won’t pay commissions on deals. Will keep making excuses till the deal is paid off essentially. Do not work with David Zellman or star scam solutions. Plenty of high risk funders already, that will at least pay you and not charge 30%+ in fees.

I never understand posts like this. You are the one who does your due diligence on who you work with, you are the one that sends files, you are the one who sells the offers to the client, and then only when there’s a problem with a commission, you are the one to blast the company on here in the efforts of getting paid on your deal. If this place was so bad, and you can get better, why did you offer your client those terms?

This is probably a very small deal too considering the terms you just stated. I see this from a lot of people on here. I am not trying to single you out, just saying it doesn’t put you in a great light with a post like this for your reputation. You should just let it be and not work with that person any longer. Learn from it and move on.

I hear you man but the fees were not disclosed in the offer we sell the merchant. But after he funded the merchant. So no i did not sell those terms. I could care less for the commission on the deal and yes it’s not a big deal. But I see he advertises here a lot and is dishonest about his true “programs” so I’m just saving someone the headache. You’re thinking too deep man. You give funders a try just like funders give brokers a try. So I’m just letting people how he is. Obviously I can let it be, but didn’t know creating awareness for others from experience puts me in a bad light.

That doesn't make sense. How did you not know what the fees were? Client signed the contract, right? I don't think there's anything weird going on here its just this person is giving really short term deals to really high risk customers. Is it legal? That's a whole other ball game where I'm not an attorney to speak on it.

Merchant signed not looking (not intelligent) and told us what the fees were after he got off the call. Regardless that’s not the point of my thread. I’m not an attorney either so have no input on that, and there is a lot of high risk funders doing similar deals. I’m only highlighting his way of doing business. At the end of the day that’s his deal space. But being elusive when funding and not communicating, not paying commission for 3-4 weeks on 30 day deals, because your “accounting keeps messing up” is bull**** and bait. Yet he is more than willing to renew those deals. That’s literally “weird” behavior

It’s not that big of deal, these things happen in the space all the time unfortunately. I just would hate to see others fund something, especially a large one with him and am only posting here since you can see he advertises here a lot.

You're right. Ive asked multiple times about fees. Always got the same answer "discussed over login"... Not transparent at all and ridiculously high fees. Ive even asked I need to match expectations, and they just wouldn't give an answer. Predatory deals and terms. Not transparent at all...

stay away from them!! dont know how they are in business when they dont pay commissions. Wish we could file something so they get investigated.

You probably work for them. Their docs say up to 30% fees. A well known fraud is behind this company.
