[2:30 PM, 6/23/2025] Sergio: who does 12 month 2nds - i have a merchant thats a retail bike shop in Cali - has 700 credit makes about $60k per month and has Fora financial with a $13k balance and Forward financing with a $17k balance - we are looking for a deal paying off Forward financing only - Merchant marketplace offered paying off Fora financial only though - deal got all the way to final and the merchant decided to want to pay off forward instead of fora last minute

Give ARF a shot - they like retail, will pay off up to 2 positions, if they're homeowners they like that too. It's a loan so I don't think that they'll be subjected to the net requirement... you'll have to ask them for sure though.

ARF sucks, they prefer to show terms direct to merchant and pitch them before you even get to see your offer. Clown show process.
