Hey Yankeeman makes a good point, however Nick you should get some second hand information from people who have used it since you can speak to people on the consumer end rather then just listen to the company themselves. I've heard sendblue is good from a couple people I've spoken to but I have no first hand experience using them. With messages being sent as well there's certain templates and words you can or can't use like most other platforms.

Those platforms are meant to be responses to real time data that comes in. Opted in data. Not for mass texts or outreach. I haven't used it but I would imagine it does in fact increase the contact rates they are claiming. Pretty smart.

The contact rates for those types of platforms are usually very good, but you do have to worry about ghost blocking, where if they see a high percentage of texts going out too quickly, they'll show sent, but aren't actually delivered.
