Does LC sometimes not send data correctly, which causes a notice like this for a perfectly valid note?

I think the issue might be inconsistency in information between LC and Folio. We have noticed issues time to time for which the best explanation we could come is inconsistency in information somewhere. I just checked the Folio listing for this loan and it seems there are no notes listed, which seems strange.
