Received this unsolicited email this morning from these guys. Is this YSC? Their ISO agreement looks like YSC.

It really is funny there are tons of funders out there but they miraculously all have the same contracts and docs. It is crazy how many people opened up a funding company and just assumed another companies contracts were ok to use. These people will put thousands if not millions of dollars into deals but they wont take the time or spend the money on a lawyer to draft up their own personalized contracts and agreements.. Am I the only person who thinks this is insane. I would want my own lawyer telling me the contracts I am using as a funder are legit and protect me, I would not trust somebody else's

Just makes sense, if you are will to take the risk on funding deals I think you should want the peace of mind of knowing the documents you use to do it are protecting you
