I have a online business but I wrote off a lot of last years earnings to avoid paying a lot of taxes. But this limits me from getting real estate loans. I have decent income but after the write offs it looks bad on paper maybe $40k annual revenue. I want to purchase real estate or a commercial real estate for my office so I don't waste money renting paying someone else mortgage.
