Has anyone dealt with them before. Top Tier must be a broker and MCA Payments LLC is offering a term loan for 24 months, but requiring a payment up front to put in escrow. Is this legit?

Have the client ask for the name of the escrow attorney to speak with him directly about with what mechanism the escrow will be released. (Hint: they won't give it because there isn't one)

I thought so but I wasn't sure. Usually a payment up front is a scam, but I have never dealt with a term loan before so I wasn't sure

Just to let you know though, many banks or lenders WILL require some up-front due diligence fees, so you have to be on your toes with those and know who's legit and who isn't. However, Chris, send me an email, let me introduce you to a term loan lender that does NOT require up-front fees and one that does.

Top Tier Financial is the name of the MCA brokerage that Sagy from Fidelity Funding opened up when he split shop and opened up in Florida. I'm sure theres other out there with the same name though.
