We will consider funding previous defaults as long as the original total contracted amount was paid back in full (will need to be verified). Additionally the default must have been caused by unfortunate circumstances ex Covid, Weather event... We strictly fund credit card processing volume based MCA via direct split or lockbox.

Untrue, just submitted 3 deals previous judgements but satisfied with zbls, denied all 3. when i mentioned this posts they gave me some bs about " denial for overall risk factors". mind you the merchant in all 3 business was doing over 100k a month. total BS false advertising
