    overleveraged.

    see if he qualifies for a personal loan - need 680+ score and proof of personal income
    Asset based loan - real estate, etc

    Unfortunately they don't qualify. They know they made a mistake and are overleveraged that is why they are trying to get consolidated into a longer term

    reduce the payments with the lenders..do it directly and don't hire a firm for it.
