Looking for Existing Business Acquisition Loan

I am a small business owner looking into purchasing a larger company in the same field I work in. This is a swimming pool repair and service company that was established in 1979 and is in an affluent area. The purchase price is $200k but the owner is willing to carry some of that if needed. The average gross for the last 3 years is 350k. Have been looking into sba loans but am unable to come up with the injection amount and am not a home owner. Anyone around here that can help? Have all financials for the business and myself. Thanks for your help

I think we can help. We have an SBA loan product that requires NO down payment.
If you qualify we should be able to get up to $150,000
