    Tough Deal

    $100K-$150K/month 1st position but super negative. 10+ neg days in both Jan AND Feb. Only does $10K/month in CCs. $85K in A/R but doesn't have 2 weeks for a factoring deal to close. Not sure how this guy keeps the lights on lol. Anything creative out there?

    $110K per month and he is broke?

    Hire a Good Business Manager

    Maybe a small credit card split (Lock-Box) does not have to change processor.
