And this issue is a broker probably like you with no ethics morals or integrity told him the payments would automatically be reduced in his winter months and the customer didn't have his lawyer verify the contract.

And again Dave most reputable Banks don't work with People Like you. A third grader in this industry could get a customer a million dollar line of credit from multiple sources. I even work with a lender that will make loans at 70 percent of the Liquidating Appraised Value - with No Bank Statements and No Credit Reports. Just did a 3.6 million dollar 10 year loan at 13 Percent. The only thing that takes time is to get the appraisals done and the customer will get a 1. 5 Million Dollar line that pays off his 300k in MCAS
