Credit (pushing funds) only available initially. Requesting funds is still being beta tested on the networks. We can approve any MCA or funders for ACH and other payment services, including same day. We are currently implementing RTP and this will be available to all our ACH clients with existing clients getting first rollout.

Our MCA clients have access to the Real-Time Payments Network (i.e. Instant Credits). Actum made it available over a year ago and is widely leveraged. Provides cost saving over wires and a competitive edge due to the speed of deliver and accessibility (24/7/365). You can find a case study at our website. MCA is just one of many industry that uses Actum for RTP. Our gaming Operators in Sports Betting, iGaming, Fantasy Sports, etc. all leverage this for player withdrawals.
Happy to arrange a meeting to discuss further. Shoot me an email and I'll make it happen.
Cheers!Regards,

We are a mainstream ACH provider and never had an issue onboarding funders. You need good long-term baking partners and strong internal underwriting. We've got both and have actively onboarded in the MCA space since 2011. We introduced RTP early last year and it's been highly leveraged and growing ever since.

That's not the case when you work with an ACH Processor. The commercial banking partner of the funding entity is not involved in ACH or Real-Time Payments. We just send deposits and deduct our fees from their bank.
All of transactional activity runs through our Originating Financial Depository Institution (ODFI / aka our bank).Last edited by ACH_Processor; 02-03-2025 at 06:17 PM.

Absolutely to the funders bank account. For daily/weekly collections on advances we send daily payouts to their commercial bank account. This usually occurs on a 2-3 day delay to account for any ACH returns.
RTP currently doesn't support debits (i.e. pulls). It's only a push payment. FedNow is talking about reverse pushes, which in essence would work for collecting daily payments. Who knows how far out that is, but it's definitely coming.Regards,

If (Maybe quicker with JY gone ) and when that occurs - it will be a game changer
Just thinking if and how it would eliminate what would be in today's world an ACH RejectDave Lambert, Business Development

I’m available to discuss potential opportunities or connect at your convenience. I believe there’s a lot worth exploring, and I’d be happy to have a conversation.

Great question. FedNow transactions are irrevocable. So if and when FedNow launches a reverse push payment, if the funds are available at the time of the transaction, then they are instantly pushed to the funders bank account. That completely eliminates ACH returns (NSF, Stopped Payments, Chargebacks, etc.). This may also lead to faster payouts from the processor, which makes more funds available faster to reinvest in more advances.
