Here are some options I discussed

1.* Debt consolidation of your MCA to lower payment for immediate relief
2.* Factoring of your*accounts receivable aging
3.* Cash out second mortgage on your primary residence - has plenty of equity and Fico 700+
4.* Personal loan based on your personal income from tax return - again Fico 700+
5.* See if he can qualify for a better financial instrument - SBA or term loan
