Purchase Order for ammo to Ukraine
Throwing this out there, here's the deal that needs a home: US company owns a Romanian company. The Romanian company has a contract with Ukraine (the government) to sell them ammo. The Ukrainian government will pay on delivery and will guarantee the loan. The PO is for 68mm Euro. The challenges are obviously (a) contract with non-US entity and (b) the item being sold.
