Direct funder in Miami expanding and looking to add an ISO rep & Underwriter to our organization. We provide merchant cash advances throughout the US as a direct funder. Having experience and a book of business in the merchant cash advance industry is required.

Requirements: For ISO Rep
- Minimum 1-1.5 Years of experience in the Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) Industry.
- Strong communication and closing skills required.

Qualifications: For Underwriter
• Minimum 1 year of experience working for a financial services firm, preferably in the MCA or cash advance space.
• Underwriting experience in alternative financing (MCA).

Responsibilities: For underwriter
• Perform due diligence on eligible deals (e.g., valuation, credit review, financial document review, merchant research, risk assessment, review site inspections, etc.) Analyze the data from prospective merchant applications.
• Conduct phone interviews with merchants.
• Present pricing, stipulations, and terms within risk parameters for eligible deals; communicate funding offers to merchants.
• Interact with the Department Head.
• Read and analyze credit reports, merchant processing statements, bank statements, and financial statements to determine the merchant’s ability to support the exposure associated with their business type and requested parameters.
• Gather due diligence data from various locations, including but not limited to third party vendor websites and the internet.

This is coming from Maoz that I let go because he was not a good underwriter. Now he is upset and coming up with this crap. Be a man admit your fault. Coming in 30 mins late, leaving at 1 pm on fridays, not following up on offers sent out, and taking 48 hours to respond to files. I thought better of you, how were you in the Israeli army and have you accountable? Keep lying and I ll post all your **** ups, no one will hiring you again.
