I fund about 8-10 units a month with EBF.

Knowing their back door team is attacking my merchants without any hesitation.

I been in the MCA space for 10 Years plus so thankfully I get my merchants on lock right away.

For the first time though they just voided my contract and sent a brand new one to the merchant. Stole my deal 100%. I got all the info from my merchant. Said "Everytime I speak to you they seem to know"

Has anyone been experiencing this with EBF? I know fighting them there is no point. They will just cut us off.

Does anyone have any other funders funding lower rev trucking deals?

They sent docs for 10k higher. Then voided all docs. ReSent the Orignal docs we requested right after he signed the higher docs (Thinking it was ours)

EBF and Vader are absolute garbage, but also put out offers others can't beat. Have to just know what you are getting into and navigate accordingly. That being said have funded with them forever knowing they are pure clowns.

It may not be then as this sounds outright obvious it sounds like isos are beating you to it and you can't face it. They have issues with killing deals and bad customer service due to being busy but I don't think they'd do something this dumb.

I've tried sending them better paper for years, like actual B and C paper deals here and there and every single time its lowball offers, and from different ISOs as well of good reputation, so its not in vacuum

I think you might be submitting to the wrong email. try sending to [email protected] that usually fixes the problem for a handful of isos

I totally get the frustration when funders pull stuff like that and void your docs after you’ve done all the heavy lifting. I’ve seen similar things happen back when I worked with smaller local lenders in Halifax on home projects, not MCA, but the feeling is the same, your work just gets scooped from under you. Nowadays, I try to stick with companies where I can talk to a real local rep and things feel less shady. EBF is rough, but a very strong tool, just know what you are getting in to and take the right steps.

Are they having issues? Very weak approvals lately, and they start and stop with trucking, heard from other ISO shops-they've been hit with crazy default rates.

I worked internally at EBF for a long time in both NYC and Miami on the executive team. This is not how they operate. They are absolutely not calling your merchants that you have active submissions with them.
