Trouble getting commission from Breakout Finance?

Putting this out there to see if anyone else has experienced similar issues when funding deals with Breakout. We funded a deal with them over 2 months ago and are 20 days past claw back, merchant has perfect payment history with them but when asked about the commission and when it will be sent they said that synovus who they have their LOC with does not allow them to send commission out of their line and that it would be resolved within a couple of days. Here we are 2 weeks later and no one at breakout will respond to emails or phone calls and we still have not received commission. Has anyone else experience similar issues with Breakout?

What in the tomfoolery is going on here? What is stated in the agreement signed between you and them regarding pay-outs?

Not sure, seems a bit suspect to me which is why I brought it here to DF to see if anyone else has experienced similar issues with them. The ISO agreement is standard stating commissions will be paid within 30 days of the funding date.

30 days is wild work.. most direct lenders/funders pay same day next day or in 7 days.

Over the past couple years I have heard several negative experiences with Breakout in general. Not what they used to be.

Yes always took a while to pay. They did end up paying. But in my opinion thats not what makes them of the worst funders out there . They have this "you need us becuase we have awesome terms occasionally so we dgaf about iso support/customer service"attitude. They treat their isos like crap. We are partnered with many funders, who run the gamut a paper to high risk, and breakout was far worse then anyone we work with. Just a gross attitude. Stick to the a paper that values their isos and pays in a normal time frame . On deck , kapitus , iou , mullligan , can etc

Within 30 days? That's quite long to be honest with you however it seems they have breached that since payment history is good.. You may start considering signing up with other funders

    Seriously?

Use any opportunity you can find to solicit for new ISOs. You must be crazy busy how do you ever find the time?

That's the exact same vibe I am getting from them currently, when we were able to get in touch with them we asked if we should even continue sending deals if receiving commission would be an issue and we got the ole "if you stop sending deals we will cut you" response.

They have been mentioned a few times being problematic and really are not all that anyways.

Took them 5 months to pay me on a deal once. After they paid I stopped sending them deals. They called me to send deals again, said they got everything resolved and paying out same week. Funded a deal and now it has been 40 days, checks in the mail. There VP of sales sent me an email saying they had unexpected expenses pop up... Why is that my problem.

What a joke, funny how they are SILENT and wont come on this thread to defend themselves. Anyone sending deals here needs their head checked

It'll hurt them more knowing there's a bad rap out on them. Sucks they're not paying

No one cares free email person. Is the reason you cannot afford a domain because they haven't paid you yet too?

If you can't handle other people's opinions and your response is I am trolling which I am not I think you should find a forum with 15 year olds to chat about financing your next Lego build with. You'll fit right in with your email which is probably something like buzzlightyear2001 since you were probably born past the year 2000. Good job insulting 90% of the industry as most are 5 ft 5 250lbs. Avi dahan is probably reading this getting pissed at you since he fits that category.

I can handle another opinion as long as it's not excusing someone for not paying out commissions for work. it's funny you're in another thread asking if someone got paid before you sign up with said lender to make sure they pay LMFAO

Why have you not sent a demand letter? They could be liable for damages assuming you can prove it and what the language of their iso agreement stipulates.
