You need to show 24 month projections to show how the funding will impact revenue and EBIDTA.

And show the ability to service debt.

Financials are audited or reviewed? Have you added back the interest and amortization? What are the assets in this? If SBSS is high enough you can look at unique programs. I would also be interested in YoY AGR delta?

You can try UFS and CEDAR. If he has payment history there are more people that will do this but your looking at 7-9 month terms.

Try spartan, cedar, advantage, tvt. I've funded plenty of deals with losses with tvt.

Or get 250k at ondeck / stack behind it with 500k (find the stack or side by side first).
