Who can fund 30-50 day deals behind recent LCF funding (Oct 16) on a 200-300K merchant this week? Most high risk funders are out for the holiday.

Is there a no stacking in the contract with LCF?

Stacking Addendum? No one really triggers defaults on those (as they are probably stacking themselves, last time I checked LCF wasn't a "front of the line" kind of funder). What I would really worry about is how aggressive LCF is when it comes to their defaults and how funding behind them will ultimately mean facing off with them (while being behind them) when collecting.
