I have a long time merchant who I have been syndicating with for 4 years and funding for about 12. He always pays back.
He has a new restaurant and in the first month he has done $220k. I am willing to syndicate and he is looking for $100k, 1.35-1.40 over 6-8 months.
I currently have him funded with Honest Funding (2 other locations, each location doing around $300k a month) and another location with Rocket Funding (for around $125k).
I need someone who would be creative and look outside the box on this deal.

no all separate tax id. This guy is pretty amazing, he owned some nail salons which I funded, sold those and brought 5 DQ's. Sold those and now owns 4-5 wing places. They do around $250k-$400k a month per location.
He took $100k from me March 14, 2020, right as covid hit. He closed down for a few weeks. We modified payments and he paid me back in full, about 4 months late. He is a stand up guy. I

I don't see anyone giving more then 80 days on this unless you're syndicating more then 30%. How much are you syndicating?

This is his second month then? How much has he done month to date? is he keeping around 10k or more at the end of every day? How much is he looking for and what does he need the money for?

His ADB are over $10k, this is his first month. He needs to the funds to complete the build out of this location (pay his contractor) and expand to more locations.

Funderial is imperial (ims) rebranded. Their deals are 1.499-1.599 from what ive seen, and he needs a 1.35-1.40 which is unrealistic. Maybe try reaching out to quikstone, perhaps they'll do a deal since he has restaurants established (although they have 1 positions and they're a 1st pos only funder), but they may require longer tib. They fund cc splits. Call them.
