    Towing company

    Excellent credit. 8 years in biz. 180k per month rev. Has one 40k position with OnDeck (does not want to pay it off since there is no discount being offered). Looking for 100k.

    I need to see the file to see if he can Qualify for that much. If i can get him on board with us as stack and gets rid of ondeck in a few months my renewals are a true add on that works kind of like a line of credit for first positions.

    What's the use of funds?

    Any A/R aging in that business for factoring?

    I can do equipment financing if that's what needed.

    Asset based loan casn out?

    Why wouldn't he not want to pay off OnDeck if much better rate/term were available?
