Hey I am looking for an equipment lender that doesn't require bank statements client does roughly 1.2 mill a year but it is up and down and not consistent (one month 150k next month 5 k.) He needs 100k for medical equipment

Worst case, get a cosigner.

Maybe sale leaseback or an operating lease rather than a capital lease.

Ask the vendor if they're working with any equipment lenders and if they're signed up with them. The vendors who are validated by the lenders can even get 100% financing. If the client has good business credit, and has done equipment loans in the past, some of their lenders will be able to help you. The challenge is, as a broker, trying to get a lender's name out of them without the vendor wanting to do the deal themselves.
